For districts involved in the selection or implementation of new mathematics curricula, this online course will provide hands-on experiences using 12 NCTM standards-based mathematics programs.  The course will include sample materials and background on standards-based curricula, designing criteria for program selection, articulation of math curriculum across K-12, and strategies for successfully implementing new curricula. Guest presenters who are teachers using each of the specific curricula will participate in discussions to share their experiences and answer questions of the participants.

Because this course requires specific information for each individual participating, we are asking that each team member register themselves. This is a WebCT course which is password protected. To include each person in the course, we will need your State UserID which may be obtained from your district technology/network administrator. To log on to the course, you will need both your state UserID and your password. An example of state UserID is mt070.
