This option is specific to the AIMS II Vertical Team Districts and focuses on classroom professional development and will be based on individual teacher needs.  The coaching sessions will focus on assisting the individual classroom math teacher in implementing and evaluating standards-based inquiry lesson plans. This plan will require a pre-conference planning time, lesson, and post-conference time. Visits will be set up with an instructional coach as per vertical team contract.
